If you follow this blog, you already know Fisk Marine LLC is exhibiting at the Underwater Intervention (UI) trade show in New Orleans this year, from February 23 to 25. Fisk will appear at a panel discussion at the Hyatt Place Convention Center, conveniently located across the street from the main UI event at 2:00 PM, following a 1:00 PM meet and greet. After this panel, visitors are invited to the Fisk Marine Divers' Welcome Seafood Boil at the Rusty Nail Bar, just a short walk away.

"The event is scheduled to run from 5:30 to 8:30 on February 23."

Just as we make a point to attend UI, this event is also a highlight of the year. It's scheduled to run from 5:30 to 8:30 on February 23, and is a great opportunity for visiting dive industry professionals to meet us and mingle. Since it comes after the panel, attendees will also have a chance to discuss relevant topics.

Johnny Fisk of Fisk Marine will present the panel discussion along with JCRoat Subject Matter Expert Services. Conversation will center around the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) changes that may affect diver operations as authorities attempt to make paperwork and operation manuals more efficient. The panel will include Coast Guard and BSEE regulators, as well as an oil company dive representative and a representative from the International Marine Contractors Association, among others.

Be sure to continue following this blog for more information on our appearance at UI and other upcoming industry gatherings.. You can also visit the event's official website itself to learn about the exhibits and schedule, or the Rusty Nail's website for more on the location.
